ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, who have a valid e-mail account, as well as an Instagram or Twitter account, Internet access, a compatible mobile device, and who have their photo taken at the Peacock Parlor photobooth during WrestleMania Axxess at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (located at 650 S. Griffin St., Dallas, TX, 75202) taking place March 31, 2022 – April 4, 2022 (open from 9:00 A.M CT – 1:00 A.M. CT daily, except for March 31, 2022 which will be open from 12:00 P.M. (Noon) CT – 12:00 A.M. 4/1/22). Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Peacock TV LLC (“Peacock TV”), 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112, (“Sponsor”), Probability LLC (“Administrator”), Boothtube Photo Experiences, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE”), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate or successor companies, and/or organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, as well as persons involved in the production (including cast and crew) of WrestleMania 38 or the WrestleMania Axxess event (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”).

TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must follow Peacock TV (@peacocktv) on Instagram and/or Twitter (if you do not already).

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first visit the Peacock Parlor at WrestleMania Axxess (“Event”) during the designated date(s) and time(s) and take a photograph (“Photo”) at the photobooth.† BE SURE TO ABIDE BY ANY APPLICABLE U.S. FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL MANDATES AND GUIDELINES IN ATTENDING THE EVENT INCLUDING THOSE DESIGNED TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID- 19/CORONAVIRUS (E.G., CAPACITY LIMITS, SOCIAL DISTANCING AND/OR MASK WEARING). Your Photo must comply with each of the Submission Requirements detailed below. Your Photo will be sent to you at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration (see below); Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability for Photos that are late, lost, delayed, misdirected or not received by an individual for any reason, including but not limited to operation of “SPAM” or “Junk” e-mail filters. Once
you have created your Photo, you may enter the Sweepstakes by posting your Photo to Instagram AND/OR Twitter (a “Post”) no later than April 6, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM CT. (Taking a Photo at the photobooth, in and of itself, will not result in Sweepstakes entry.) Your Post to Instagram or Twitter (as applicable) MUST contain the following elements:

1. one (1) original Photo from the Peacock Parlor photobooth;
2. tag Peacock TV (@peacocktv) in the caption; and
3. the hashtag “#PeacockParlorSweepstakes” in the caption (the “Sweepstakes Hashtag”). Sweepstakes Hashtag is not case-sensitive. Sweepstakes Hashtag must be included as part of your Post in order to be eligible.

†The Photo must be clearly recognizable as taken at the Event. If not (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), entry will not be valid or accepted. Additionally, do NOT use photo editing software (or any other apparatus) to manipulate or distort the Photo.

Registration is required in order to access the photobooth. To do so, scan the QR Code posted at the Peacock Parlor area (“Photobooth Sign-In QR Code”). Then, complete the registration form with your name and e-mail address and book an available time to use the photobooth. You will be provided with a Photobooth Sign-In QR Code** which must be shown to Sponsor’s representative(s) in order to access the photobooth at the designated time.

**A Photobooth Sign-In QR Code is good only for the individual who received the same by scanning the QR Code and thereafter completing and submitting a registration form. A Photobooth Sign-In QR Code is not transferable, not to be reproduced, sold, exchanged, and/or purchased. A Photobooth Sign-In QR Code may only be used as set forth in these Official Rules. Any other attempted use of a Photobooth Sign-In QR Code is void and may constitute fraud.

Registration and access to the photobooth at the Event is offered on a first come-first served basis and is NOT guaranteed. Neither Sponsor nor any of the Sweepstakes Entities will have any liability under any legal theory if an eligible individual attends the Event during the designated dates/times and is not provided access to the photobooth (or is not provided up to one (1) minute to use the photobooth).

An individual must show up at the photobooth at his/her/their allotted time and show the Photobooth Sign-In QR Code; failure to do so or if Photobooth Sign-In QR Code cannot be validated by Sponsor’s representatives for any reason will result in forfeiture of the opportunity to use the photobooth absent extraordinary circumstances as determined by Sponsor’s representative(s) in their sole discretion (without limitation, late arrivals will only be accommodated at the sole discretion of Sponsor’s representative(s)). An individual will have no more than one (1) minute to use the photobooth. All use of the photobooth must be in full compliance with the posted directions** as well as the instructions of Sponsor’s representative(s) at the Event. A given person will have only one (1) opportunity to use the photobooth; absent mechanical malfunction of photobooth or other extraordinary circumstance, as determined by Sponsor’s representative(s) in their sole discretion, no “do-overs” are allowed.

Any inappropriate conduct toward Sponsor’s representative(s) and/or other persons at the Event, as determined by Sponsor’s representatives, the Sponsor, and/or the Administrator in their sole discretion, may result in termination of access to the photobooth, disqualification from the Sweepstakes, removal from the Event and other legal sanctions as permitted under the applicable laws. Such conduct includes, by way of example only, spending more than the allotted time in the photobooth, tampering with any of the equipment of the photobooth and/or vandalizing the photobooth, attempting to use the photobooth if under the influence of drugs or alcohol, smoking/vaping in the photobooth, brandishing a firearm in the photobooth, making a sexually suggestive pose or appearing in inappropriate attire in the photobooth, or verbally abusing Sponsor’s representatives in any manner.

**Should there be an inconsistency between the posted directions at the photobooth and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail, govern and control in all respects as to this Sweepstakes other than the details of access to/use of the photobooth (as to which the posted directions at the photobooth shall prevail, govern and control.)

Your Post that includes (a) a Photo, (b) tags Peacock TV (@peacocktv); as well as (c) the Sweepstakes Hashtag, will constitute an entry (“Entry”) into this Sweepstakes. Each eligible entry submitted during the Sweepstakes Period shall be referred to collectively as the “Entries” and individually as an “Entry.”

Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED (e.g., (i) posting a Photo and tagging Peacock TV but not including the Sweepstakes Hashtag; (ii) posting a Photo with the Sweepstakes Hashtag, but not tagging Peacock TV; and (iii) tagging Peacock TV and including the Sweepstakes Hashtag in your Post but not a Photo.

Do NOT include any comment or content other than the tag of Peacock TV (@peacocktv) and the Sweepstakes Hashtag (#PeacockParlorSweepstakes), in your Post caption. Posts containing content other than the Photo, the Peacock TV tag, and the Sweepstakes Hashtag may be disqualified. Any Post (i.e., Photo) that violates the Content Guidelines (as outlined below), including but not limited to the inclusion of inappropriate content, will result in the disqualification of that Entry.

BY POSTING TO INSTAGRAM OR TWITTER WITH THE HASHTAG #PEACOCKPARLORSWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT SUBMIT A POST WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

If anyone other than you appears or is referenced in the Post (including a Photo which also includes another person), you must obtain their prior consent. In particular, you must make them aware that they will be included in the Post with the understanding that you will submit the Post as a Sweepstakes Entry. If they are minors in their jurisdiction of residence, the consent must be provided by their parent/legal guardian. But, to enter the Sweepstakes themselves, the other person(s) in the photo must fully comply with these Official Rules, including the eligibility criteria set forth above. For the avoidance of doubt, if a photo taken at the Peacock Parlor photobooth features more than one eligible person, each such eligible person may enter that photo during the Sweepstakes Period as their own, individual Entry in accordance with the terms stated herein.

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER PARTICIPATING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO ENTRIES PER PERSON). You may only use one (1) Instagram and/or Twitter account to participate in the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts may result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Posts must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes and must be posted by the entrant. (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’ WORKS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, IF A PERSON POSTS MULTIPLE POSTS ON EITHER INSTAGRAM OR TWITTER DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, ONLY THE FIRST POST ON THE APPLICABLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR POSSIBLE ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (AND, IF THE FIRST POST ON THE APPLICABLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REQUIRED SWEEPSTAKES HASHTAG, PEACOCK TV TAG OR IS OTHERWISE NOT IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE PERSON SUBMITTING SAME MAY NOT RECEIVE AN ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.)

Entries must be manually key-stroked by the Entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, are prohibited and will be considered ineligible. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for late, lost, inaccessible, blocked, incomplete or misdirected entries. Proof of submission (posting/tweeting) of Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of the same. While receipt of Entry may be acknowledged (e.g., by @peacocktv commenting on your Post via Instagram and/or Twitter, as applicable), this does not constitute any representation or guarantee of eligibility for the Sweepstakes nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor’s representatives at the Event have no authority to advise as to the eligibility of any Photo or its compliance with these Official Rules. All Entries must be submitted via “post” to your profile or gallery on Instagram, or via “tweet” to your account feed on Twitter respectively in their entirety prior to expiration of the Sweepstakes Period. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Once submitted, Posts become the sole property of Sponsor (subject only to the rights of Instagram and/or Twitter), and cannot be modified by entrant. Such License will be confirmed by a potential winner upon Sponsor’s request and potential winner agrees to timely complete, sign and deliver any and all necessary documents, including without limitation, documents setting forth any licenses, releases and indemnities that Sponsor in its sole discretion may require, without condition or compensation of any kind. Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CONTENT GUIDELINES: In addition to complying with all other requirements of these Official Rules; each Post must comply with the following guidelines (“Content Guidelines”). Any Post that Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, determine is in violation of any Content Guideline will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes (even if Sponsor’s representative did not object to the applicable Photo at the time it was taken at the photobooth at the Event and/or if such Post is not thereafter deleted by Sponsor with the approval of Instagram and/or Twitter). Each Entry must not:

• Contain content, image(s) or material (visual or audio) that violates or infringes any third-party rights of any kind (be it of Entrant or anyone else), including without limitation, any third party privacy, publicity, trade secret and/or intellectual property rights, including third party registered and/or common law copyrights and trademarks;
• Disparage Sponsor, WWE (including any persons involved in the creation, development or production; e.g., cast and crew of WrestleMania 38 or the WrestleMania Axxess event), Administrator, any other person or entity regardless of whether or not they are affiliated with the Sweepstakes;
• Contain brand names, trademarks or logos of any third party other than those owned by or licensed to Sponsor or WWE subject to the Post complying with all other requirements of these Official Rules (including these Content Guidelines); entrant has a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Sponsor’s and/or /WWE’s trademarks (as applicable) solely and only to incorporate them in his/her/their Post submitted in this Sweepstakes*;
• Contain content, images, artwork or other creative elements not created by and original to entrant (excluding only the photobooth structure and elements);
• Contain content, images or other material that is misleading, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• Contain content, images or other material that reflects, advocates or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm or exploitation of or against any class, group or individual, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or actions or activities that are restricted, prohibited, illegal or unlawful (including without limitation, the consumption of alcohol or any other controlled substances);
• Contain content, images or other material that is unlawful or in violation of or contrary to any applicable U.S. Federal or Texas State and local laws or regulations.

In addition to the foregoing, the Photo cannot:

• Contain executable programming of any kind, including without limitation, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, malware, time bombs, Easter eggs, cancel bots or any kind of malicious or benign computer programming whatsoever; and
• Contain encrypted content of any kind, including without limitation, encoded messages.

If a Post cannot be viewed and/or accessed by Sponsor or Administrator for any reason whatsoever, that Entry shall be disqualified without any fault or liability of the Released Parties, as defined below.

*Sponsor grants qualified entrant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use their respective trademarks as they may appear in entrant’s Photo and/or Post solely for purposes of and limited to including them in the Posts submitted in this Sweepstakes; such right and license will automatically expire without further act of any party at the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period, unless specifically extended on an individual basis by Sponsor in writing in its sole discretion. Any other use of the trademarks of Sponsor will be a violation of Sponsor’s intellectual property rights in same, as applicable. Sponsor’s items (including its respective trademarks) cannot be modified, adapted, or edited by entrant; the preceding only excludes modifications due to technological limitations or malfunctions.

FOR ALL POSTS AND/OR ENTRIES, THE POSTS AND/OR ENTRIES REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS OROPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OR OPINIONS OF SPONSOR, IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUCH POSTS AND/OR ENTRIES, INCLUDING MONITORING OR REVIEWING SUCH POSTS AND/OR ENTRIES. SPONSOR WILL NOT EDIT POSTS AND/OR ENTRIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH OFFERING THE SWEEPSTAKES.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential prize winner will be selected via a random drawing on or about April 7, 2022. (Winning Entry must be in compliance with these Official Rules, including but not limited to the Content Guidelines set forth above; the content of the Photo will NOT be taken into account in the winner selection process.) Drawing will be conducted by Probability LLC, an independent judging organization(the Administrator) whose decision will be final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential winner will be notified by direct message from Peacock TV’s official Instagram or Twitter account (@peacocktv) as applicable. It is recommended you confirm your Instagram and/or Twitter notification settings are turned on. The initial verification notification (direct message) will request that the potential winner email the Administrator at a specific email address with specific personal information (e.g., full name, and social media username). Failure to respond to the initial verification notice within three (3) business days with all required information, or if initial verification notice is undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification. Potential winner will be required to sign and return within three (3) business days, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law and W-9 (collectively, “Winner Documents”). If the Winner Documents are not returned to Administrator and/or Sponsor within specified time period, potential winner may be disqualified. If potential winner is disqualified, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the email account associated with the social media account (i.e., Twitter or Instagram account, as the case may be) used to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Odds of winning prize depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to an upcoming WWE event, anticipated to be WWE’s SummerSlam (“Trip”) scheduled to take place on July 30, 2022 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN at 7:00 p.m. Central Time as of this Sweepstakes Period but is subject to change at Sponsor’s and/or WWE’s discretion (the “Prize Event”). Winner must be able to travel so as to attend the Prize Event (July 29 – 31, 2022); and, if Winner is not available on such dates, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation and an alternate Winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes Period (time permitting). The Prize includes: (a) roundtrip coach air transportation for up to four (4) from a major commercial airport near Winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion) (“Airport of Origin”) to Nashville, TN (“Destination City”) area airport (as chosen by the Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion) with possible layovers); provided, however, if the Winner resides within 150 miles of Destination City (as determined by the Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided), ground transportation to and from Destination City-area airport and hotel, (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, quadruple occupancy), and (c) up to four (4) tickets to the Prize Event (ticket type and seat location are of WWE’s sole choosing; terms and conditions of ticket as well as venue restrictions apply; tickets are not intended for re-sale). TRIP: Winner is solely responsible for any and all other expenses related to the Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between winner’s residence and Airport of Origin, airline baggage fees, tips, taxes, travel insurance, meals and hotel incidentals. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non- transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. Neither Sponsor nor any of its agencies are will be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Prize Event or flight cancellation/delay.

GUEST-RELATED: Guests of Winner must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to prize travel. If any guest is a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, such minor’s parent/legal guardian must be the Prize Winner (or another guest of Winner) and sign a Release on his/her/their behalf. Should Winner elect to travel without the full complement of three (3) guests (or if guest(s) fails to timely return signed Release), Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the actual number of travelers and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.

HOTEL: Prize does not include incidental charges, extras, meals, per diem and/or gratuities. Prize does not include alcohol. Additional restrictions may apply. Reservations are subject to availability. Prize is subject to blackout dates, including holiday days, and other dates as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

TRAVEL: Winner and Guests must travel together on the specified itinerary as set by the Sponsor and/or Administrator, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Prize Winner and Guests will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification. In addition, Winner and Guests may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and Guests must provide their own transportation to and from Airport of Origin. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers orcertificates. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the Trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation and/or delay. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Winner and Guests. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, any and all taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize, travel insurance, ground transportation, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is Five Thousand United States Dollars ($5,000). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. If Prize includes a Trip, ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. For any Prize with a fair market value (“FMV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor and/or Administrator will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 and W-9 to Winner for the FMV of Prize for the year in which Prize was made available to Winner.

Winner must be able to attend the Prize Event, or the Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Date and/or time of Prize Event is subject to change. Event is subject to cancellation. Winner and Guests, if any, must comply with all applicable venue rules and regulations in connection with Prize.

Winner and Guests must follow all instructions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Should Winner and/or guest(s) fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), the Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate any aspect of the Prize early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Winner’s guest(s) home and/or take any other actions Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or guest(s). Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to the failure of Winner or guest(s) to comply with governmental mandates, prize supplier or other third-party requirements designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, completion of health questionnaire). Participation in applicable activity/activities may also be conditioned upon provision of proof of a negative COVID-19 test or satisfactory proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as required by Sponsor and/or Prize Event venue.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THAT THE COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY MAY COMPEL THE SPONSOR TO DELAY OR POSTPONE INDEFINITELY (OR FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD) OR EVEN CANCEL ALTOGETHER THE TRIP; THE PRECEDING INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO WWE POSTPONING THE PRIZE EVENT. IN SUCH CASE (WITH A SIGNIFICANT DELAY BEING DETERMINED BY THE SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION), THE SPONSOR’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO AWARD OF A PRIZE OF ITS SOLE CHOOSING WHICH IS OF COMPARABLE VALUE IN LIEU OF THE TRIP TO THE PRIZE EVENT.

The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Rules and at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a substitute prize (or prize component) of comparable or equal value will be provided. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by the Sponsor.

All applicable federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of the Prize. Winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9. Winner further agrees to otherwise fully cooperate with the Sponsor and/or Administrator as to their compliance with governmental tax-reporting requirements.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees for entrant and for entrant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly, Facebook, Inc.) and Twitter, Inc.(collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; (c) if selected as the Winner, to the posting of such entrant’s name and/or Instagram/Twitter user name on the Website and the use by Released Parties of such name, Instagram/Twitter user name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use in accordance with the Released Parties’ respective privacy policies; and (d) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind; for inaccurate transcription of Entry information; for errors in any promotional or marketing materials or in these Official Rules; for any human or electronic error; or for Entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, late, damaged, or returned. The preceding includes but is not limited to any malfunction, failure or error (a) of the QR Code functionality which prevents an individual from completing and/or submitting a registration form and thereafter receiving a Photobooth Sign-In QR Code; (b) of the Photobooth Sign-In QR Code and/or (c) of the photobooth which results in its unavailability for any period of time during the Event (whether or not reasonably foreseeable by Sponsor). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules and the Prize Event) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsor reserves the right to select Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension or otherwise in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted at the Event (to the extent feasible) as well as on @peacocktv. Sponsor may prohibit any Entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such Entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
