Our co-director Kev has 4 main loves in his life – His wife, fur babies, his customers and fast cars, so when NASCAR asked us to do event photography and a Mosaic Photo Board for them at the 2022 NASCAR Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway we were already packing our bags before the call ended!
We changed it up a little for this event, choosing to forego our usual set up and opted for a hand held mobile booth set up instead,
We made our way around the huge 600 acre facility and captured every moment, getting up close and personal with the spectators, cars and drivers!

The Mobile Booth!

This huge site was 600 acres so we needed a booth set up for our event photography that would work for the size of the space, so we went with our hand held mobile photo booth set up.

NASCAR still wanted a Photo Mosaic Board for the event so we played around with our software meaning visitors to our mobile booth could instantly send their pictures to our printers to stick onto the board, they could also choose to send their image to their phone number or email address, and for guests who didn't want to give those details away we also gave them the option to Airdrop their images directly to themselves.

This huge board had nearly 2000 pictures on it to make one bigger picture ready for ONX to display after the event.

The digital copies are all stored in our online microsite gallery ready for spectators to download and share, we keep the microsite live for two years so there is plenty of time to download and save the images from the day.

We had a huge amount of social media engagement from this event, with over 1400 social media shares and a media reach of over 64,000 and over 215,000 impressions, meaning nearly quarter of a million people have seen our images from this event on their social media!

This is a huge amount of brand marketing and awareness without NASCAR having to lift a finger, their customers are advertising on their behalf in a fun and unique way!
