From June 29th to July 2nd, the San Diego Convention Center became the epicenter of the HR world for the SHRM 2025 Annual Conference & Expo. This year, Boothtube had the honor of collaborating with Paylocity, a leader in HR and payroll solutions, to deliver a truly unforgettable experience for attendees. Together, we brought the future of event engagement to life with our revolutionary AI Magic Mirror.
Our shared goal was to create more than just a booth; we wanted to create a destination. By combining Paylocity’s forward-thinking approach to HR with our cutting-edge interactive technology, we provided a unique, fun, and valuable experience for all attendees who were impressed by looking at themselves in the giant mirror.
The SHRM 2025 conference in San Diego welcomed over 20,000 HR professionals, leaders, and students, making it a large-scale event for global HR discussion and networking. Thanks to that, we made some amazing numbers these days!
