Altria & Boothtube Build a Shared Vision at the Altria Group 2025 Annual Meeting

The Altria Group is a leading American consumer goods corporation undergoing a massive evolution. With a dedicated focus on harm reduction and a mission of “Moving Beyond Smoking,” the company frequently gathers to align its teams with these forward-thinking core values.

This October, their highly anticipated Altria Group 2025 Annual Meeting took over the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. To visualize this unity and create a hands-on activity that represented their collective progress, Altria Group partnered with Boothtube to deliver a large-scale, interactive activation.

Instead of a standard photo opportunity, the goal was to build something monumental together. Altria wanted to emphasize that their corporate evolution is driven by their people. To bring this powerful message to life, we deployed our crowd-favorite Photo Mosaic Wall—but with a unique, supersized twist that perfectly captured the spirit of the Las Vegas gathering.

Double the Impact: The Dual Photo Mosaic Experience

Usually, our mosaic activation focuses on completing a single, massive piece of art. For the 2025 Annual Meeting, Altria innovated by splitting the artwork across two distinct, towering boards. As the event progressed, attendees worked together to reveal two different images: one forming the iconic Altria Group logo, and the other displaying the inspiring theme of the year, “We are Altria.”

  • Collaborative Corporate Teambuilding

    By splitting the activation into two distinct murals, the mosaic transformed from a simple photo booth into an interactive teambuilding exercise. Placing the stickers required communication and participation, fostering natural networking and camaraderie among colleagues.

  • Instant Physical Keepsakes

    In addition to the stickers used to build the wall, every guest received a high-quality physical photo strip of their 4-shot session. This provided attendees with a tangible, branded souvenir to take home and keep on their desks long after the Las Vegas meeting concluded.

  • Dynamic Digital Content

    To ensure the fun extended beyond the physical venue, the 4-shot session automatically compiled into a fun, looping animated GIF. Sent instantly to the users’ devices, this dynamic content allowed attendees to easily share their Las Vegas corporate experience with their networks.
